Job Summary:

The BSA 2 is responsible for:
- Actively participate and coordinate new multi-channel client installations and integrations.
- Leading client solution/ requirements gathering calls and documenting (Solution design, scope, and specifications document) end to end solutions for client & appropriate stakeholders.
- Work with project manager in creating project plan by collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
- Write test plans, validate and test platform setup & configurations
- Provide weekly reports for project status to client & internal teams
- Any prior exposure of Email marketing domain or knowledge of Harmony platform is a plus
BSA 2 will work collaboratively with Client, Sales, Client Services, and relevant technology team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of total solution. BSA 2 will report into Manager, Director.

1. Client consultation services, whereby client requirements are evaluated and translated into cutting-edge, forward thinking platform related solutions.

2. Designing client solutions and relevant documentations. To include: project scope, specification documentation, data solution set-up, creation of test plans, QA, leading the Client in UAT process, program launch, and post deployment analysis.

3. Primary escalation contact for client issues/questions related to intermediate programs, intakes, and integrations.

4. Provide weekly account updates to Account team and/or Client.

5. Attend recurring Account meetings (internal and external)

The BSA 2 should understand project management methodologies and create defined artifacts. Any prior exposure to Digital Marketing is a plus. Special emphasis is on gathering requirements, analysis, ability to translate business requirements into functional/business specifications, creating test plans, and developing quality assurance methodologies.

- Has had experience consulting with external client contacts
