Roles and Responsibilities - What will you do?
- End to End Customer Management - from determining customer requirement, providing answers to their queries, and solutions to customer challenges through any of this channels - voice, email, chat
- You will help resolve problems by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
- You will escalate unresolved problems and forward requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders
Must have qualifications (Candidate who do not meet this criteria will NOT be considered for the role)
- PUC or Diploma or Graduates or Post Graduates in any stream
- Ability to read, write and speak English to suit business needs
- Proficiency in any regional languages (Bengali, Hindi, Kannada)
- Minimum 15 WPM typing speed with 85% accuracy and basic System navigation skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and related tools

Salary: ₹160,000.00 to ₹250,000.00 /year
